Mega Dirve 1 und Mega-CD??

Leute, eigentlich ist das Kombiesystem ja immer mit dem Mega Drive II auf dem Foto im
Verkauf gewesen und ist eigentlich auch das eigentliche Set, aber kann man auch nen
Mega Drive 1 mit dem Mega CD Laufwerk betreiben oder geht das nicht?
