      Wenn ich auf dem Xbox Marketplace etwas versuche herunterzuladen was Region Locked ist, kommt VOR dem Download eine Meldung die mir anzeigt dass dieser in meiner Region nicht verfügbar ist. So hätte ich mir das vorgestellt.


      öööh, warum veröffentlichen sie die Demo wohl nur auf dem US-Marktplatz?

      Wie Sam Thompson von SCEA mitteilt, wird bei Naughty Dog bereits an einer Lösung wegen des Fehlers bei der Demo zu Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune gearbeitet.Auf PAL-Konsolen kann die Demo nicht gestartet werden. Er bestätigte das es sich dabei um einen Bug handelt und nicht etwa einer Regionssperre seitens Sony.
      Wann das Update für die Demo erhältlich sein wird, kann er im Moment nicht sagen, aber es wird daran gearbeitet.
      Morgen wird man aber mehr erfahren.

    • Christophe Balestra, here, and I’m Co-President at Naughty Dog. I wanted to give a final update on the Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune demo situation.

      We’re really sorry about what happened and didn’t anticipate this at all. We just didn’t know people from other territories could connect to the US PLAYSTATION Network Store and download demos … now we do! We’ve been too busy working on the game to wrap our head’s around the infrastructure of the PSN.

      We absolutely did not plan the demo to be region locked. As soon as we figured out the problem existed, Sam Thompson called me and I jumped into my car, drove to the office and fixed it right away. It’s an honest mistake and we didn’t try to prevent anybody from enjoying the Uncharted demo. I feel even more sorry because most of the people who experienced the problem are in Europe and I’m European myself.

      So again, we’re really sorry about what happened and it wasn’t done on purpose. The good news is it’s now fixed and a new demo of Uncharted has been posted to the US PLAYSTATION Network Store so the entire world can enjoy it.

      Thanks to Sam for taking the heat yesterday and for letting us know about the issue.

    • jo,das ist ja mal ne sehr coole Aktion von denen, hätte nicht jeder Hersteller gemacht... schonmal garnicht so schnell! :respekt:

      allerdings hat mich die Demo nicht sonderlich umgehauen- zumindest nichts was in Richtung Kandidat zum Spiel des Jahres tendieren würde, wie es von einigen amerikanischen Seiten anscheinend gepriesen wird

      soll nicht heissen, dass es schlecht ist: die Story scheint auf jedenfall ganz cool zu sein (wobei die deutsche Sprachausgabe mal wieder unter aller Sau ist :damn: - muss meine PS3 wohl standardmässig auf Englisch lassen) und das Setting ist auch ganz cool, kann auf jedenfall ein sehr athmosphärisches Game werden

      die demo läuft bei mir ohne ton.

      genauso wie andere inhalte aus dem us store bei mir ohne ton sind.

      zb. tiger woods 08 demo,

      nhl2k 08 demo und das simpsons game demo bei mir auch ohne ton läuft


      bei sachen aus dem de und japan store läuft der ton, genauso wie bei pal spielen und im menü wenn ich eine der demos auswählen will.

      nur im spiel fehlt der ton und das suckt.

      kabel hab ich schon gecheckt. alles bombenfest. woran liegt es?

    • na dann wird das Spiel wohl hoffentlich codefree sein, sodass ich es mir nächste Woche die US Version bestellen kann :)
