Ich muss zugeben, dass ich ja kein besonderer FM Zocker bin.
Von daher frage ich mich bei solchen Titeln oft, warum man denn immer wieder die gleichen Strecken einbringen muss. Fühlt sich irgendwie an wie ein "komm wir recyceln mal eben ne Strecke auf die schnelle mit mehr Auflösung bzw. Texturen.

Die Winterstrecke sieht interessant aus, ist das wirklich die gleiche wie in Forza 4 ? Teil 4 hatte ich extra ausgelassen da es zu wenig neues im Vergleich zu Teil 3 gab. Ich wünsche mir auf jeden Fall viele Stadt oder Fantasystrecken und nicht nur bekannte Rennstrecken. Prag sieht auf jeden Fall bisher am besten aus.

Ist eigentlich schon gesagt worden wieviele Wagen es im Spiel geben soll ?

Forza Motorsport 5: Kooperation mit Top Gear geht in die nächste Runde

Zum Launch von Xbox One können Motorsportfreunde nicht nur die originale Test-Strecke von Top Gear befahren, sondern zum ersten Mal auch gegen die digitale Version von The Stig antreten. Schon im Vorgänger Forza Motorsport 4 hat Turn 10 erfolgreich mit den Machern des britischen Automagazins zusammengearbeitet und Spielern ermöglicht, auf der Flughafenstrecke die schnellsten Boliden auf Abtrieb und Beschleunigung zu testen. Mit dem Release von Forza Motorsport 5 geht die Kooperation in die nächste Runde. Denn Forza Fans können The Stig herausfordern und beweisen, ob sie es mit dem schnellsten Unbekannten aufnehmen können.

Doch damit nicht genug: Auch die drei anderen Mitglieder des Top Gear Teams – Jeremy, James und Richard – werden mit von der Partie sein und Fans über die verschiedenen Autoklassen im brandneuen Karrieremodus informieren.

Gibt bisher nur einen Preis für den Arcade Stick von MadCatz für die One, der liegt bei 200$. Ich weiß nicht inwiefern man das auf ein Lenkrad umrechnen kann.

Oh man, noch ein Minuspunkt. Ich kaufe mir garantiert kein Lenkrad nur für die Xbox One, wenn ich auch auf den anderen Konsolen Rennspiele habe, die ich mit Lenkrad zocken möchte... Und die alten gehen natürlich nicht, weil die neuen so viel fortschrittlicher sind...

Naja, gibt immer noch einen Unterschied zwischen normalen Controllern und Lenkrädern. Adapter für Lenkräder gab es ja auch für die 360 nicht. Der werde ich ja förmlich dazu getrieben, mir eine PS4 und ein CSR Wheel zu kaufen, dann habe ich ein Lenkrad für 360, PS3, PS4 und PC.

Ich finde es jedenfalls ziemlich dreist, dass die beiden offiziellen Forza-Fanatec-Lenkräder mit der PS4 funktionieren, aber nicht mit der Xbox One, kann doch echt nicht sein.

2009 Honda S2000 CR
This rev-happy roadster has always been the life of the party among Honda lovers as well as those looking for a candidate for the occasional autocross or track day. The S2000 CR takes all that is good about the S2000 and then, following Colin Chapman’s rule of “adding lightness,” arrives 90 pounds lighter than the standard version. Adding some stickier rubber (wider in the rear), a lower ratio steering rack and stiffer springs, the CR is begging to be pushed hard into any turn that comes its way. Fighting gravity on the skid pad has always been a strong suit for the S2000, and now the CR brings even more downforce for high-speed corners with its revised body kit. The look it presents is functional, reducing the overall coefficient of lift significantly and giving the CR a racy look to match its intents of being a weekend track car. Limited production numbers make this S2000 a rare find on the road; thanks to Forza Motorsport 5, you can now say you drove one.

2014 Ford Fiesta ST
Ford has been achieving great success with its lineup for one reason in particular: it has been listening to car enthusiasts. The design of the Fiesta ST reflects the things car lovers want. The fact the Fiesta has seen outstanding success in rally racing hasn’t hurt either. Styling is aggressive and sporty, taking cues from racing, such as the high-mounted rear spoiler and a low center of gravity. The Fiesta is loads of fun to drive, thanks to its 197 horsepower eco-boost engine and electric power-assisted steering. Off the line, the Fiesta ST is more than peppy, it’s downright fast, and through corners the lack of understeer will inspire confidence. The Mazda MX-5 doesn’t have to be the most powerful roadster ever made to remain one of the best choices for spirited driving and all-out fun. It’s been almost a quarter of century since the Miata was introduced and other roadsters have come and gone while the Miata remains with very few changes overall. Fun can be found at any speed in a Miata and the handling will make any driver feel like they are one with their car. Steering is communicative and handling is intuitive. Power from the reliable 2.0 liter inline four-cylinder, while not immense at 167 HP, is ample to keep you stuck in your seat and grinning madly with an earful of its delicious exhaust note. As the saying goes: don’t fix it if it ain’t broken. Aside from a slight styling refresh, the MX-5 just keeps getting it right.

Take the RS 7 out on the track and despite the fact it is no lightweight, handling is profound, delivering immense grip under the most rigorous cornering you can throw at it.
