    • Gameplay ist bei allen Telltale Games grösstenteils identisch.

      Guardians’ gameplay doesn’t stray too far outside the Telltale formula we’ve come to expect, with only minor but welcome additions like Peter’s rocket boots allowing vertical exploration in some areas. There are semi-tedious detective segments where you wander around looking for the right thing to click on that make me long for the more difficult, puzzle-focused challenges of adventure games past. There are quippy, well-paced conversations with timed dialogue that affect various characters’ impressions of you. And then there are the extended quick-time events which, while they don’t involve any twists beyond hitting buttons really quickly at the right time, are some of the best Telltale has put together, presentation-wise.

    • Gestern Abend die Finale Episode durchgepielt.

      Nun es ist nicht einfach das Spiel zu beurteilen. Da ich bisher bei keinem Episoden-Spiel so große Schwankungen der Qualität erlebt habe.

      Episode 1 war toll, Episode 2 war okay, Episode 3 war nicht so toll, Epsiode 4 war grandios (mit Abstand die Beste!), und Episode 5 war schlecht (sehr kurz und langweilig).

      Hoffe auf eine Fortsetzung, und darauf das Telltale diese großen Qualitätsschwankungen zwischen einzelnen Episoden in Zukunft in den Griff bekommt. Habe nicht jedes Telltale Spiel bisher gespielt, aber so Schwankungen wie bei Guardians of the Galaxy habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Dennoch, da Episode 1 so toll ist, und Episode 4 grandios, ein tolles Spiel. Vielleicht nimmt man es auch anders, besser, wahr wenn man alle Episode in einen Rutsch spielt. Nicht mit Wochen warten zwischen jeder Episode.
