The Breach Studios and Team17 have today announced a partnership to publish open-world Wild West survival adventure Westlanders. Launching into Steam Early Access in early 2027, the ambitious title drops players into a hostile 19th-century Wild West where they must survive and thrive… by any means necessary.
Combining survival, crafting, building, and management gameplay, Westlanders offers a deep, multi-layered experience where players evolve from desperate survivors into leaders of a thriving economic network. Utilising their wagon as a customisable mobile base, players will explore uncharted regions, hunt for resources, and attempt to survive brutal environments - all while keeping an eye out for the bandits and beasts that stalk their footsteps.
