    Dear Xbox Online Beta Tester,
    Once again, welcome to the beta release of Xbox Online. Thank you for signing and returning your Beta Agreement and credit card form. You can expect to receive your beta kit in the mail in the near future.

    As part of the Xbox Online beta program you will have access to a private beta Web site (BetaWeb). You can use the site to:

    Report bugs.
    Participate in newsgroups.
    Obtain general beta testing guidelines and information (including support contact information).
    Receive up-to-date program information.
    Update your contact information.

    To access BetaWeb, go to http://www.***.bla and sign in using the beta ID and password listed at the top of this email. After you sign in for the first time, you will see the Beta Agreement and will be asked to submit an “electronic signature.” This electronic signature is required in addition to the hardcopy agreement that you signed and sent in. Please change your password once you’ve submitted your electronic signature.

    We appreciate your help in testing this website feature that will be used in future programs. Although you don’t have your beta kit yet, we encourage you to explore the site. Get used to its features and layout. After you do receive your beta kit, you should be making heavy use of BetaWeb by filing bugs and participating in newsgroups. You must provide frequent feedback via the site in order to remain in the beta program.

    Access to BetaWeb is absolutely limited to the participants of this beta release. Microsoft will never request that you send your password information via email or any other method. Any attempts to obtain your password could indicate fraudulent activity and should be reported immediately to ***@***.com. Please do not discuss or share any account information or information about the beta program beyond the scope of what is allowed under the Beta Agreement. That means you can’t let anyone outside your immediate family play the games or read the documentation, and you can’t talk about the games, service, or features to any third party for one year after you leave the beta program.

    If you need technical assistance (your equipment doesn’t work, you can’t connect to the service, etc.), please send email to ***@***.com or call 0190666666. For administrative issues (you don’t receive the beta kit or game discs, you forget your password, etc.), please contact ***@***.com.

    Hi,

    This is just a quick email to all you eager people… The Xbox Consoles will be dispatched today or tomorrow (were running late J, again), you will receive another email tomorrow to advise you of the expected delivery date.

    Also you should have received an email from us earlier, giving you your password to the Beta website. Please do log in and make yourselves familiar with the site (you’ll be using it quite a bit!!).

    With regards to the game disc, we are very much hoping to be able to courier these out you by 21/22nd August.

    We apologize to all that we have not managed to reply to, I hope this answers any queries you have.

    So langsam geht es schlag auf schlag hier:


    Dear Xbox Live Beta Testers,


    As per yesterday’s email, please be advised your beta kits were dispatched either yesterday 15th or Today 16th. The expected arrival dates should be;

    UK: 1-2 Business Days

    France / Germany: 2-3 Business Days


    Keep you eyes peeled!! If your not home to accept the delivery the courier will leave a card, you will then need to contact the local depot and arrange a collection.


    Also please direct all queries to the eulive@microsoft.com alias.

    Aaargh.

    Als wenn ich es geahnt hätte.
    Heute hat DHL versucht mir die Beta Box zu liefern. Aber keiner war im Hause. Nach einem kurzen telefonat mit DHL wird sie mir nun morgen :heul: auf die Arbeit geliefert.

    Einziger Trost ist, dass ich so mit dem Ding eh noch nichts anfangen kann, ausser das Headset mal auf tun........ aber trotzdem :angry:
