      Noch gar keinen Thread zu Bungie´s neuer und eigenständiger IP!?

      As part of an extensive alternate reality game (ARG), thousands of community members across the world worked together to unlock the gameplay reveal date for Bungie’s upcoming extraction shooter Marathon.       Marathon is a team-based extraction shooter and the first completely new project from Bungie, the creators of Halo and Destiny, in more than a decade. Set on the mysterious planet of Tau Ceti IV, Marathon will see players inhabit the bodies of Runners, cybernetic mercenaries who have been designed to survive the planet’s harsh environments. While exploring the lost colony that once inhabited the surface, players will search for valuable loot including new weapons and gear.

    • Ich war bei Team raus, bin halt absolut kein MP Gamer.
      Dachte mir aber schon als ich die News gesehen hatte, lohnt sich für mich ja eh nicht hier mal reinzuschauen, wird wohl bestimmt wieder so ein Online Spiel sein, und ist es ja dann auch.
      Hätte mir diese schrecklich hässliche Pinke Katze erspart.

    • Finde das Design eigentlich sehr hübsch (zumindest jetzt noch, wo nicht jeder mit einem custom Skin herumläuft).

      Gameplay ist sehr schnell und erinnert mich schon sehr stark an moderne Call of Duty-Spiele.
      Ich bin sicher, dass das bei der jungen Twitch Generation sehr gut ankommt.

      Wobei es ja scheinbar ein kostenpflichtiger Titel ist. Das ist natürlich ein Problem für die Twitch Generation :lol:
      Das könnte dem Titel das Genick brechen.

      Ich werde es jedenfalls nicht spielen.
      Da bräuchte ich schon langsames Gameplay wie bei Halo 1.
      Wo ist eigentlich mein Gehstock? :opi:

    • Ich zähle mich deutlich zu der Kategorie „gefällt mir, was ich sehe“. Eigentlich dürfte und müsste man spielerisch blind auf Bungie vertrauen. „Halo“ und „Destiny“ stehen für sich, aber irgendwas in mir sagt, dass es zu generisch aussieht und gefühlt ein paar Jahre zu spät kommt.
      Ich bin auf jeden Fall auf „Marathon“ gespannt und habe es auf meine Merkliste gesetzt :)

    • Als großer Fan von Extraction Shootern bin ich sehr gespannt drauf. Die kleine Preview von der PC Games hört sich auch ziemlich gut an! Wie erwartet ist gerade das Gunplay wohl über jeden Zweifel erhaben. :love:

      Grafikstil ist ziemlich speziell, wobei ich prinzipiell so Low Poly Sachen ganz cool finde. Wenn sich der Preis in Grenzen hält, also vll grob 30-40€, dann könnte ich mir gut vorstellen, hier einzusteigen.
      Für 95% der Nexgam User ist der Titel aber definitiv nichts. :D
